Letting  Information:                                                                ONCE YOU HAVE DECIDED ON A PROPERTY YOU CHOOSE TO RENT, YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE THE EQUIVALENT OF 1 WEEKS RENT.                                                                                                                                                            We will then start the applicant process: (this will include referencing of up to two prospective tenants), establishing your identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability/suitability, as well as contract negotiation, amending and agreeing terms, arranging the tenancy and agreement. Should you require a Deed of Guarantee Fee £50 per Guarantor (Covering credit referencing and preparing a Deed of Guarantee as part of the Tenancy Agreement) BEFORE YOU MOVE IN: You will need to transfer the first month’s rent in advance and any Damage Deposit balance, the Damage Deposit will be held for the Duration of your Tenancy/occupation.                                                                                                    DURING YOUR TENANCY: Amendment Fee (Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating/editing your tenancy agreement during the tenancy £50)                                                                                                                 PET DEPOSIT (where relevant) VIA SEPARATE NEGOTIATIONS.                     IF YOU ANY QUESTIONS ON OUR FEES, PLEASE ASK A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF.
