Management                                                                                                                                                             This is particularly suited to Landlord’s living or residing overseas (NRL) or other parts of the UK, or for landlords who simply wish to leave all communications to the Managing Agents. The Managed Service (includes the following; i) formalising the AST/contract, ii) quarterly inspections £45.00, check-in and check-out, iii) EPC between from £79.00 ans £97.00 (property size pending), iv) Landlords Gas Safe Certificate from £97.00, v) Inventory or property condition report £180.00 (size pending), vi) Landlords Legal Assistance Policy/Rent Guarantee from £384.00 including VAT (Rent Pending) Free for first 12 months for all new Landlords or New Property Listings added to an existing Landlords portfolio when Managed on our standard rate 10%, which is taken monthly (conditions apply).

Rent Collection Fees                                                                                                                                                  As above fees are payable on the commencement of the tenancy and are deducted from the first month’s rent, along with any other associated costs. This service includes the introduction of a tenant/s, the collection of all rent and transferal to the Landlords designated account. Fees for rent collection are equivalent to 2 weeks rent or a minimum fee of £500.00, plus 5% taken monthly. (should you require any of the following services you will be subject to the charge’s as follows: ii) quarterly inspections £45.00 and or check-in/check-out, iii) EPC between £79.00 and £97.00 property size pending), iv) Landlords Gas Safe Certificate from £97, v) Inventory or property condition report £180.00 (property size pending), vi) Landlords Legal Assistance Policy/Rent Guarantee £384.00 including IT (subject to rental amount). Free for first 12 months for all new Landlords or New Properties added to an existing Landlords portfolio when managed on our standard rate 10% is which is taken monthly. (conditions apply)

Introduction Only Fees                                                                                                                                           Fees are payable on the commencement of the tenancy and are deducted from the first month’s rent, along with any other associated costs. The introduction/Let only fee is available from the equivalent of 2 weeks rent or a minimum fee of £500.00 (you will be subject to additional charges should you request Upsticks to arrange any of the following; i) formalising the AST/contract, ii) quarterly inspections £45.00, check-in/check-out, iii) EPC between £97 and £97, (property size pending), iv) Landlords Gas Safe Certificate from £97.00, v) Inventory or property condition report £180.00 (property size pending), Free for first 12 months for all new Landlords or New Properties added to an existing Landlords portfolio when Managed on our standard rate 10% which is taken monthly.
